Hello. I am co-owner to Lil Bit. I am looking forward to getting to know our Lil Family. It brings me great joy to give a pup a relaxing spaw day. I take a holistic approach to grooming. I aim to create a stress free environment to promote the health of your pet's body and mind.
I have been grooming for 7+ years. I joined this industry after decades working in child development.
I strive to treat your fur baby with kindness and compassion while in my care.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, parents and dogs. We enjoy all sports with college football at the top of the list, but have been known to watch corn hole too.

Hi! I am a Graduate of Gonzaga University (GO ZAGS) with a degree in Business Management . I am married and have 3 amazing (almost grown) children (GO COUGS!), 2 dogs, 1 fish and 2 Geckos! I've spent the last 10 years as the owner/operator of a mobile grooming business. Prior to that, I spent 15 years working in insurance and building a family. Being co-owner of Lil Bit of Grooming Salon with my partner Kathy is a dream come true! Our team of experienced and talented animal lovers fit perfectly with our vision to provide a safe, kind, low stress environment for your furbaby while in our care! Outside of work I enjoy concerts, comedy, camping, boating and loving on every dog I come across! I have always had a passion for animals and having the opportunity to spend my day with your pets is a blessing!

I began dog grooming in 2014 and joined the Lil Bit family in August 2024. While I enjoy working with all breeds from Yorkies to Standard Poodles, I expecially love the challenge of complex cuts that lead to dramatic transformations. I have two doodles of my own, so I've com to really appreciate and perfect those teddy-bear-like haircuts. I hope to meet you and your pup soon.

Hello, I have been working with dogs for 4 years. I started at a dog trainer and then I joined Lil Bit of Grooming. Here I have worked as a receptionist, bather and now groomer. I really enjoy color dying dogs' fur and giving them a fun look. It's always been a dream of mine to be able to work with dogs. I am lucky to have found my career in life.

From a young age, I’ve had a passion for animals. I was raised by animal lovers who treated them like family members. I aspired to become a veterinarian, eager to care for all animals.

However, volunteering at clinics and wildlife rehab revealed the emotional toll of seeing animals at their worst. This led me to consider pet grooming as a career.

In this field, I bond with amazing pets in a positive environment, bringing joy by helping owners care for their furry companions. I prioritize their safety and comfort, advocating for them as they can’t advocate for themselves.

I stay updated on current progressive handling methods and ensure a slow, dog-friendly pace to minimize stress and fear.

Hi, I’m Ashly! I’m a dog groomer who loves helping dogs look and feel their best. I have a special soft spot for Yorkies, Chihuahuas, terrier mixes, and all those adorable scruffy-faced pups, but I enjoy working with dogs of all sizes and personalities.

One of my favorite parts of grooming is getting to know each dog and customizing each groom to fit their unique personality and needs. Whether it’s a simple tidy-up or a fun new look, I enjoy exploring different cuts and helping each pup shine. Creating a gentle, low-stress grooming experience where every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for is one of my top priorities. I can’t wait to meet your pup!

My name is is Erin! I’m an experienced animal care professional with over 8 years of hands-on experience working with dogs and small animals. Throughout my career, I’ve gained expertise in various areas, including dog boarding, daycare, veterinary medicine, and grooming. With a deep love for all animals, big and small, I’m currently focusing on grooming and aspiring to perfect hair coloring techniques for dogs.

At home, I’m a proud pet parent to four dogs and two cats. I love spending time with my outgoing fiancé as well! Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about art, particularly illustration and animation, and enjoy drawing in my free time. A fan of Studio Ghibli films and cartoons, I also dabble in modeling during my off time, embracing creativity in all forms.
